We are delighted to announce the next AURAStem half-day meeting, themed “Where It All Begins: Omics at the Stem,” which will take place on May 28, 2026, at the CRNL amphitheater (Site Le Vinatier, Bâtiment 462, Neurocampus Michel Jouvet, 95 Bd Pinel, Location).

This event, organized in collaboration with the Equipex Spatial Cell ID and supported by 10x Genomics, will highlight a broad spectrum of omics approaches, from single-cell to spatial technologies, encompassing transcriptomics, metabolomics, and proteomics.

Please find below the complete program:

Part 1: focus on single cell/spatial

9h30-10h15: Konstantin KHODOSEVICH (Copenhagen) “Tracing how neurodevelopment goes off-course: mechanisms from early development onward”

10h15-10h40: Caroline BRUN/Benedicte CHAZAUD (PGNM, Lyon) “Integration of multiomics to identify the Regenerative Niche in Normal and Pathological Muscle”

10h40-10h55: Felipe MAURELIA-GAETE (iGReD, Grenoble) Integrating Multiomic Strategies to Study Neuromesodermal Progenitor Specification”

11h-11h30: Coffee Break

Part 2: opening on metabolomic, proteomic, lipidomic…
