Who we are

AURASTEM is an association which aims to promote fundamental and applied research on stem cells in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Our ambition is to federate all research teams concerned by these topics and to encourage the exchange of information, expertise and tools between AURASTEM members, in particular via the website and the organization of meetings and scientific days. AURASTEM will also facilitate the organization of training and teaching activities in all fields related to stem cell research and will propose a framework for reflection on ethical and regulatory issues related to research conducted by members of the association. All these actions will be coordinated in link with other learned societies in the field.
